I lived at Gypsum Mills from 2012 until 2016 and loved it. Just such a great caring community with so much to do. I still miss it everyday and go back often to visit my friends. I do admit that the price is getting a little steep and I am afraid they will price their seniors out of being able to afford to stay there. Between the rent and taxes.
